Since 1988 at RTL TELEVISION in Cologne - first art director, responsible for TV design and on-air promotion, then creative director/head of presentation. From January 2001 until December 2002 chairman of the management board and creative managing director for RTL CREATION, responsible for all design, promotion and advertising measures of RTL TELEVISION. Since 2003 creative consultant for the RTL GROUP enterprises. Since 1998 professor for film & TV design/promotion at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg. Since 2002 'mentor' and lecturer for the course media design producing at the ifs international filmschool cologne. |

From 1990 to 1992 in the graphics department of Tele 5 in Munich, responsible for all design and on-air promotion measures. Art director for SZM Studios from 1992 to 1996, the production subsidiary of ProSieben Media AG in Unterföhring, responsible for the development and production of design for various broadcasters, e.g. ProSieben, kabel eins, DSF and H.O.T. At kabel eins from 1996 to 1997 as art director and from 1998 to 2000 as head of on-air promotion, responsible respectively for the corporate and programme design for all on- and off-air promotion/marketing activities as well as the on-air promotion. Started April 2000 as art director in the marketing department of ProSieben Television, worked as head of marketing from 2001 until 2003 (together with Imke Deigner), and finally as creative director for the channel from June 2003 to March 2004. Since March 2004 head of the Creative Solutions department at ProSiebenSat.1 Produktion, responsible for all the on-air promotion, on-air design, advertising and audio design as well as creative direction for all the channels of the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. From August 2005 to January 2007 creative director of NBC Universal Global Networks Germany, responsible for marketing, on- and off-air-promotion and the design of the German pay and free TV channels. Since then, working as self-employed creative director and brand consultant. |

From 1988 to 1993 head of artistic realisation for ORF in Vienna, responsible for graphics and stage design. Since 1994 art director for ORF. Since 2003 also head of the ORF department design and presentation.
