Since 1 December 2008, professor for audio production in the Department of Media Technology and Media Production at the College for Applied Sciences in Amberg-Weiden (HAW). |

From 1997 to 1999 monitoring and analysis of the programmes of US TV broadcasters for RTL Television in Cologne. From 1999 to 2001 working in RTL's product management department and member of the editorial staff for film music. In 2001 publication of the monograph 'Filmmusik. Geschichte und Analyse' ('Film Music. History and Analysis', 2nd edition published in 2003). Since 2001 full-time composer, music producer and music consultant for film, television and CD publications (several themes, campaigns, music for shows and serials and setting to music for documentaries, a.o. for RTL). Since 2002 lecturer for film music at several universities. |

Creation of the channel’s own music supervising department, development and control of the audio corporate identity and the channel’s format music. Since 2007, head of the on-air communication department, responsible for on-air promotion and design, as well as audio. |

Since 2001, Creative Director of Audio Design at ProSieben in Munich. |
