10th Eyes & Ears Junior Showcase

On 7 May 2009, Eyes & Ears of Europe will stage the Eyes & Ears Junior Showcase in co-operation with the fmx/09 for the tenth time.The fmx/09 – 14th International Conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Digital Media – takes place from 5 to 8 May 2009 at Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart.

Early practice makes perfect – and in the media industry, this means not only the development of an idea but also its realisation, presentation and finally the contact to those who are always searching for young creative talent. At the Eyes & Ears Junior Showcase, selected young creative people get the chance to present their projects and make important contacts for their later working life.

Graduates, trainees and students from the fields of media design or media arts, TV/film/web/sound design, scenography, promotion producing and media marketing are very welcome to submit their presentation proposals to the Eyes & Ears office until Friday, 20 February 2009.

The presentation concept should include:


• a short description of the project
• a structure of the lecture
• audio-visually illustrative material on video/DVD or CD-ROM
• binding information concerning the required presentation technique

In March 2009, participants will be informed whether they have been selected as lecturers/presenters for the Eyes & Ears Junior Showcase 2009.

Please submit your presentation concepts by Friday, 20 February 2009, at the latest to:
